In this course, we will focus on fundamental open-hand self-defense techniques, ensuring that you feel confident and capable in close-quarters encounters.Please note that this class does not involve the use of firearms. Instead, you will learn how to defend yourself through strikes, standing escapes, and effective ground defenses. Our priority is creating a safe and friendly environment where you can develop practical skills.
