The Pan Wizards Youth Steel Orchestra is a band ensembled of 34 talented high school musicians who have been playing steelpan since the 5th or 6th grade. The group is the flagship ensemble of Steel Magic Northwest, a Seattle-based nonprofit founded by the band’s director and drummer, Garry Gibson, a well-known figure in the international steelpan community. The group’s repertoire and performances have universal, multi-generational appeal, and are family friendly. The group tours regionally each year extending their reach to points as far away as Montana, northern Vancouver Island, Central B.C, and Coastal Oregon. This performance is the last stop on their 2026 tour.
