In October the full moon rises quickly, adding to the light of the setting sun. This full moon is called the Hunter’s Moon as it gives hunters extra time to hunt. A meditative walk on the Mary & Joseph Labyrinth could be the time to ask, what am I hunting for? What do I seek and where am I spiritually at this threshold of seasons and mix of daylight /moonlight? Join us for a guided prayer experience under the full super moon on October 17th.
The evening begins with an orientation to the labyrinth and an introduction to the Hunter’s Moon theme. Veriditas facilitators Paul and Sue guide and lead the walk on the Mary & Joseph Labyrinth illumined by moonlight and candlelight. Refreshments, fellowship and sharing will follow the walk.
Paul Craig is Executive Director of Mary & Joseph Retreat Center, Lector and a Veriditas Labyrinth facilitator.
Sue Ballotti is a Spiritual Director, retreat leader and Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator.
