A labyrinth is a tool to quiet the mind and open the heart.
In the Ann Arbor area there are a dozen or so public labyrinths within 25 miles. Each style, setting, and material of labyrinth has it's own feel and unique experience. Walking various styles of labyrinth in various settings gives the individual an opportunity to experience the differences of a classical labyrinth versus a medieval labyrinth. Also, a stone paver labyrinth in a corporate setting may feel different than a labyrinth with a more natural path in a wooded setting. This event will also give you the opportunity to "walk" a finger labyrinth. Curious? Come join us on the labyrinth tour.
Schedule
10 am - presentation with finger labyrinth walk at 7 Notes
11 am - depart for Trinity Hospital, Ypsilanti
12 noon - depart for Northside Presbyterian/St. Aiden's
1 pm - depart for EHM Senior Solutions, Saline
2:30 pm - final thoughts/wrap up
3 pm - departure
Investment: Sliding scale Donation $30-$45
Cost includes presentations and guided tour by Certified Advanced Labyrinth Facilitator, Rob Meyer-Kukan, printed materials for each participant, and light snacks/water. In addition, your donation supports thank you gifts to each host location for the use of the labyrinth.

This event does not include lunch, light snacks and bottled water will be provided. You are invited to bring a light meal that can be eaten "picnic style". You may choose to bring a travel/outdoor folding chair along for a snack break at one of our stops.
We will caravan in cars, participants are required to provide their own transportation/carpool, to our locations. Cars can be parked at 7 Notes, if you choose to carpool.
