Labor Strategies: Mini Childbirth Class

In this workshop, we will explore the concept of undisturbed birth and its mechanics, focusing on how to cope through the labor process. Indie Birth's birth education resources have been hugely popular in the online natural birth community.

This will be a multi-media learning event, including an on-screen presentation, videos, live education, and Q&A. I hope that you will leave with a stronger sense of what you want for your own birth (if you are planning one) and how you will get what you want and need for you and your baby.
