Labor of Love Prenatal Education Class

This class provides important information to help better prepare you for childbirth, so you can enter into the last weeks of pregnancy and childbirth with less uncertainty and more empowerment to make informed decisions. Information includes breathing and relaxation, including the use of nitrous oxide in labor and exercise techniques, medical procedures, cesarean section, analgesia, breastfeeding and baby care. We recommend taking this one-day class around 25 weeks’ gestation.
