🇺🇸 Labor Day WOD 2025: Hotshots 19 🇺🇸Monday, September 1st
Class Times: 6am, 7am, 8am, or 9am
This Labor Day, we come together as a community to honor the 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots who gave their lives on June 30, 2013, while battling a wildfire in Yarnell, Arizona.
“Hotshots 19”
6 Rounds for Time (6RFT):
30 Air Squats
19 Power Cleans (135/95)
7 Pull-ups (Strict, Kipping, or variation)
400m Run
Scaling Options:
Half “Hotshots 19” (solo)
Partner “Hotshots 19” (split work/rest)
Run substitutions: 1km/800m Bike or 1000m/800m Row
✨ This is more than just a workout—it’s a way to remember, respect, and push ourselves in honor of the fallen.
