Sans Âge
Sans Âge is the Brussels-based duo of Arthur Chambry and Ugnė Vyliaudaitė. Their music combines trumpet, violin, melodica, percussion, self-built wind instruments and various electronic devices. With a common experimental music background, they focus on improvisation and musical elements that turn around the nature of sound, its textures and its characteristics. With Chambry focusing more on acoustic sound in recent years and Vyliaudaitė more on electronics, Sans Âge is the gentle sum of its parts, intent on exploring the physical side of instruments and performance. Arthur Chambry is a mysterious troubadour, walking the artistic crossroads of sound, poetry and theater. Ugnė Vyliaudaitė is part of the ugnė&maria duo.
