For the third year in a row, we're hosting the official pre-show for the amazing Down The Hill Festival in Rillaar. This time we've invited Hollow Ship from Sweden en Idealus Maximus. As always, we offer a free bus ride from the camping to the venue and back on Thursday evening!

HOLLOW SHIP (Swe)
Hollow Ship blends British psychedelia with funky afro-rock rhythms, creating groove-heavy, genre-defying soundscapes. With a reputation for hypnotic live performances they stand at the forefront of Sweden’s psychedelic rock scene.

IDEALUS MAXIMUS
Idealus Maximus is an instrumental riff rock trio from around Ghent, Belgium. Formed in 2004 by Fanio (drums), Erik (guitar) and Pablo (bass). They released their first EP in 2009 and played countless shows. In 2014 they self released their eponymous full album that was well received. Lots of great shows followed including Yellowstock and Roadkill, and shared stages with their biggest inspirations such as Karma To Burn and The Atomic Bitchwax. After a 6 year hiatus maximus, they came back and armed with a new album called “Loofbos” filled with riffs, they riffed around nice clubs, bars and festivals. And now again, they have recorded a new EP that’s coming out later this year.

There’s a free bus driving from the festival campsite to the venue and back on Thursday! The bus leaves at 19u30 at the campsite and will return to the campsite after the show, at 23u30.
IMPORTANT: Spaces are limited, so you have to reserve a free bus ticket through the ticket link. This ticket will only give you access to the bus, you have to buy a seperate ticket for the show.
