Verva je brněnské jazzové kvarteto, které spojuje zvuk cimbálu s elektrickou kytarou, kontrabasem a bicími. Jejich tvorba představuje moderní jazzový jazyk zaobalený v citlivém ambientním plášti, který připomíná jména jako Bill Frisell nebo Mathias Eick. V roce 2025 vydali debutové album Russafa Archives pod hlavičkou Morana Records, které bylo natočeno ve Valencii spolu s hosty a hostkami z Berklee College of Music. V současnosti dokončují nahrávání nového alba.

Verva is a Brno-based jazz quartet that combines the sound of cimbalom with electric guitar, double bass, and drums. Their music represents a modern jazz language wrapped in a sensitive ambient cloak, reminiscent of names like Bill Frisell or Mathias Eick. In 2025, they released their debut album Russafa Archives on the Morana Records label, which was recorded in Valencia together with guests from Berklee College of Music. They are currently finishing the recording of a new album.
The pilot project of Music Lab - regular jam sessions connecting musicians not only from Brno. The goal is to play, improve, find new contacts, and most of all to have fun! Every musician who joins a performance will get 150Kč for free on the bar!!
