This special trio brings together cello, violin/viola, and piano for a French-inspired performance rooted in classical training, improvisation, and expressive chamber music.
Featuring Kari Clifton on cello, Brightin Rose Schlumpf on violin and viola, and Leslie Ann Leddy on piano, the ensemble creates a rich, intimate soundscape perfect for a Sunday afternoon at Denver French Fest.
Kari Clifton is a Colorado native and creative cellist who performs, teaches, and composes music in the Denver metro area. She has performed professionally since 2012 and has appeared alongside artists including Apashe, Pretty Lights, Josh Groban, Sarah Brightman, Evanescence, 2Cellos, and Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
Brightin Rose Schlumpf is a committed performer and educator who performs regularly with top ensembles across Colorado and maintains a vibrant private teaching studio.
Leslie Ann Leddy is a conservatory-level trained pianist and competition winner whose musical background includes studies in the lineage of Rosina Lhévinne, training at Furman University, Brevard Music Center, and master classes with renowned artists.
