La Vie en Rose

Ballet meets jazz in this modern story ballet of a young artist, Rose, whose dreams of stardom meet the realities of life as a working artist. Set to the sounds of familiar jazz and blues favorites, as well as original compositions by Mattie Levy, see how Rose learns to “make lemonade” is this hour-long show, in connection with the University of Michigan Arts Initiative and in collaboration with the Univeristy of Michigan Pr*son Creative Arts Project.
