The carnival is coming back to La Vergne! Crescent City Amusements will be set up at Veterans Memorial Park, 115 Floyd Mayfield Drive from August 28 - August 31.
The carnival will have classic foods like corn dogs, chicken on a stick, Polish sausage, cheese curds, French fries, funnel cakes, cotton candy, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and more.
They will also bring all of their functional midway thrill, family, and kiddie rides, like the Ferris Wheel, Sizzler, Rock It, Fireball, Bee Bop, Tea Cups, Flying Elephants, and Merry Go Round Carousel.
Armbands are available for unlimited rides and cost $25. Armbands are only good for one use during the following times:
Thursday and Friday from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Please note that if you start using an armband at 3:00 p.m. it will only be valid until the end of the first session (5:00 p.m.). Individual tickets can also be purchased. They are $1.00, and each ride requires 3 - 5 tickets per person.
