๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ! Our upcoming La Sape Saturday (January 31st, 2026) just became a ๐๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ with the addition of an intermediate semba focused workshop during the day!
Lena and Nathan have been teaching together for many years at the UBC Latin Dance Club, but this is the first time they are offering intermediate workshops together in Vancouver. The workshop will focus on lead and follow technique during open steps while dancing semba and kizomba.

Then in the evening, we will clean up real nice and take ourselves back to ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ผ๐ for the second edition of the La Sape. In the tradition of the sapeurs of Brazzaville and Kinshasa, we encourage you to bring your best fits. Bold, vibrant, refined self expression.
