LA Pride's Pride Makes A Difference Wellness Day: SOUND BATH

LA Pride Makes a Difference is LA Pride's initiative that organizes free events, donation drives, volunteering opportunities, and other community-focused programs in and around LA.

June 28, we are hosting a sound bath event, led by Safia Pulliam, founder of Find Your Lite Wellness & Beauty, which offers elevated and accessible mindfulness, wellness, and beauty experiences. "With over 20 years in the aesthetics and wellness industry, Safia is bridging her love for internal and external beauty by creating experiences, and conversations around what it means to live lite and live well."

Come reset your soul through the meditative experience of being bathed in sound waves, in the inclusive, safe space of the LA LGBT Center.

Bring your favorite yoga mat, and get ready to make new friends, too! If you don't have a mat, one will be provided.
