La Otra is a new collaborative hospitality concept that brings vibrant experiences to life through culture, connection and community. They partner with creatives, artists, and venues to cultivate memorable experiences that bring people together.
This six-course menu draws from tradition while embracing fresh perspectives, bold flavors, and unexpected twists.

- Salsa Tasting
- Aguachile Verde
- Tostada
- Oyster Intermezzo
- Duck Barbacoa
- Tres Leches
- A selection of three exclusive cocktails and/or a Duoma Blanco Pet Nat
DJ Monty Pop will lay the soundtrack with a cache of Latin records.
A portion of profits will be donated to the Colorado Immigration Rights Coalition.
