From a Small Tuscan Gelateria to Italy's Favorite Gelato
Every great Italian story begins with passion. Sammontana was born in Empoli, Tuscany, when three brothers transformed a small family gelateria into what would become one of Italy's most iconic food brands. Guided by the belief that exceptional gelato comes from quality ingredients, authentic recipes, and constant innovation, Sammontana has spent nearly eight decades perfecting the art of Italian gelato while remaining true to its family roots.
