Calling all pilates prince + princesses! Join us for our 2nd event apart of La Jolla Summer Sessions at local studio, HONOR Pilates - a complimentary class for our community.

Need to Knows:
A 40-minute high-intensity class based in pilates and strength training, utilizing a slow resistance training method. This full-body class is ideal for those who are active and want to be challenged. Much of the class will be on top of the machine, while allowing for modifications. Please inform the instructor if you have any injuries, or if you're pregnant.
What to bring:
Grip socks, water, comfortable clothing that's easy to move in
