La Grande Main Street Downtown's 2025 Halloween Safe Trick or Treat is happening on Friday, October 31st from 4:00 to 6:30 PM along Adams Avenue from 4th Street to Greenwood. This all-ages event will feature downtown and other La Grande merchants handing out treats, a festive costume contest, non-profit informational tables, and a fantastic display of vehicles from various city service branches, as well as some totally awesome motorcycles!
