We have 5 expressions of Champagne heaven from Tribaut-Schloesser with perfectly paired cheeses. Kicking off our tastings with a BANG!!:
Each wine will be paired with one of our incredible cheeses curated by Crafty Cheese Man - what luxury!!

Starting with the 'Vallée de Brunet' Blanc de Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay, with 20% coming from old vines which have been aged in oak. Smooth and refreshing with concentrated flavours of toast, honey, brioche and citrus fruits.

Next up the Brut NV
A classic, expertly crafted, dry Champagne. Crisp, refreshing and bursting with powerful flavours of mirabelle plum, pear, lemon and toast.

Thirdly we will taste the Brut Rosé NV
A salmon pink colour, with fine, abundant bubbles. Its fruity nose reveals hints of red fruit, raspberry, red currant & grapefruit; rich palate with lovely freshness.

Up fourth the phenomenal Brut Milliésime 2018
Made from a single year’s harvest, with 20% reserve wines, this 50-50 Chardonnay-Pinot Noir blend spends 5 years on lees - robust, rich and complex.

Finally the exquisite La Cuvée Réné
A truly exceptional fizz made from 50% reserve wine, with 5 years aged on lees. Intense notes of citrus and stone fruit will melt into notes of vanilla, hazelnut and brioche. Pure decadence.
