Gonzalo was born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He has earned his place in New Mexico Music due to astonishing hits from his first CD, “Adolorido,” released in 2001. His second CD, “Mil Copas,” was released in 2002 and surpassed the sales of his first CD. In 2003, he released a Cumbia single that brought to the New Mexico Music scene his most popular song, “Sin Sal Ni Limon.” Gonzalo released a Greatest Hits CD in April of 2010.
Gonzalo has received 6 Los 15 Grandes De Nuevo Mexico Awards and 24 New Mexico Hispano Music Awards.
He owns and operates the music production company, The New Mexico Music Factory, located in Taos.
Plain Jane was formed in 2016 by sisters D’ette Kellner and D’anna Tesso of Albuquerque New Mexico. The two have been performing together since their childhood singing traditional Spanish music. Having a love for country music the decided to form Plain Jane with their dad Donny Tesso. With the goal of performing country music at its finest, they hand picked their band. The four piece backing band would be nicknamed “The Scrubs”. Plain Jane immediately began to perform at various venues from Casinos to nightclubs and private events.
A Plain Jane performance is anything but plain. Plain Jane is quite unique with the two beautiful sisters and their harmonies. Mix in their command of an audience over years of performing and you are in for a treat. Their band is comprised of possibly the most lethal dose of musicianship in the region. Plain Jane specialize in high energy danceable country music from modern to classic.
