Presented by ADGA Appraisers, Cullen Owen and Melanie Fergason.The ADGA linear appraisal system evaluates individual type traits that affect structural and functional durability. This is a rare opportunity to learn from two very experienced breeders and appraisers. The clinic will help you understand the appraisal system and learn to evaluate your own goats in order to improve your herd.
What you will do:
In class instruction on appraisal
Understand primary traits and structural categories
Evaluate dairy goats in all categories
Hands on appraisals with goats
$50 for PDGA members
$65 for non-members
$10 for youth with paid adult
