About Luiza Romanescu, Founder of L Events:
First, a little origin note: L stands for Luiza, and her son, Luca - her biggest inspiration behind the vision of L Events.
Throughout her career and personal journey, Luiza met so many phenomenal women across all generations. She realized just how much wisdom we hold, and how powerful it is when we actively share it.
True growth rarely happens alone. It happens when we place ourselves in spaces grounded in purpose, collaboration, and mutual support.
Luiza founded L Events to design those exact rooms - where mentorship is accessible, connections are intentional, and women uplift women.
About the Keynote Speaker:
Monika Kalsi | Decision Clarity Strategist, Author & Coach
Monika helps high-functioning professionals make clear decisions under real pressure. Her work is built on a simple premise: most people don't fail from lack of intelligence—they fail when pressure overrides structure.
Drawing from over a decade of experience across the UK and Dubai, Monika developed the CEO Operating System—a three-phase framework (S.T.E.A.D.Y, A.S.S.E.T, and L.E.V.E.L.S) for building internal stability, capability, and the right environment to lead a clear, deliberate life.
She is the author of CEO of Your Life and works with individuals ready to operate, not react, when it matters most.

Doors Open & Welcome
Info: Buzz #200 to get inside the building, walk up to the second floor & enter, being welcomed by hosts. Grab your non-alcoholic glass of champagne, an affirmation card to set the intention for the evening and your raffle ticket for the draw at the end of the evening. Make sure to grab a photo with L & others at the event by the welcome board.

L's Opening Speech
Info: L will open the evening, welcoming everyone to the L Events Launch party, providing some background on why she started this community and what she hopes to achieve from connecting women with each other. She will share her vision for L events, what people can expect from future events and introduce the keynote speaker, Monika.

Info: Monika will share insights from her new book, CEO of Your Life and take QAs from the audience (she will also be available to answer more Qs during her book signing later on in the evening).

Icebreaker
Info: Host, L will then ask the audience to introduce themselves to the person next to them, and take turns talking about the affirmation cards they got and how it resonates with them, what action the card asked them to take and talk about how this ties in with the areas of growth in their life. They will then share their top successes/things they're proud of and why.

Appetizer & Mingling Break
Info: Everyone will break to have an opportunity to grab another drink or bite from the kitchen area, go outside on the rooftop for some fresh air and connect with other women at the event.

Open Mic to Other Inspiring Female Entrepreneurs
Info: Other women at the event will now have an opportunity to grab the mic & share the exciting initiatives they are working on & take feedback & QAs from other women. Each woman will have 2 minutes to share so that we can allow 7-8 women to share during this 15 minute time slot.

Book Signing with Monika
Info: Monika will be available for a book signing and L will be selling her branded L Events water bottles and notebooks at the same table.

Info: We will take a group photo & have a final opportunity to connect with each other, grab another drink & bite.

Raffle & Wrap-up
Info: L will wrap-up the event with the raffle prize draw of 3 prizes from Formula Fig, Arc Studio Space & the draw for one of Monika's CEO of Your Life books. She will then thank everyone for coming & share details about the next event people can expect in the future. As people are leaving, they will be asked to leave their feedback or testimonial about the event & grab a gift bag as they exit the event.
