Featured Artist: Hattress Barbour III
Harlem-born writer, poet, and rapper, Hattress is the founder of The Poet Tree LLC, a company that uses the arts to educate youth and build community. He has performed at the Apollo Theater, SOB’s, and Off-Broadway, with features by BET, Dove Men+Care, and Rémy Martin. A published author and educator at The Brotherhood SisterSol, Hattress also creates culture-shifting spaces like his flagship event, SoulTree, where poetry, music, and community come alive.
