Sensory Tasting - Discovering Off Flavors

We'll be at 902 Brewing Co. for an interactive experience where you'll learn to identify and understand off flavors in beer. We will dose beer with flavors provided by the Siebel Institute, and then discuss our impressions of the flavor, and what the causes of those flavors are.

This is a great session for everyone, from advanced brewers to beginners, or even non-brewers, if you just want to understand why some beers taste different. We will have regular beer on hand as a baseline as well.

Your ticket includes the cost of beer for the session, plus the cost of the Siebel Flavor Kit.

Space is very limited. JCBC Members can get discounted tickets.
