KŌSA: A Collaboration by Chef Reiji and Chef Seiya

Hosted at ELYU, KŌSA is a collaborative omakase experience bringing together the culinary worlds of Chef Reiji Yoshizawa and Chef Seiya Noborikawa. Rooted in Japanese technique, the menu combines the depth, acidity and soulful flavors of Chef Reiji’s Filipino heritage with Chef Seiya’s Peruvian and broader Latin American influences. Each course explores the intersection of heritage and technique, tradition and creativity, and restraint and intensity.
