About our speaker:
Kyle Albrecht began his tenure as USA Gymnastics President and CEO January 1, 2026. A seasoned sports executive, his experience includes leadership in commercial and partnership development, grassroots participation programs, fan engagement, event management, and brand growth.
Albrecht previously served as an executive at Major League Soccer starting in 2019. In 2023 he was tapped to be Vice President of MLS GO, where was responsible for the launch of MLS’s grassroots, youth participation platform. In 2024, he was named General Manager of MLS NEXT, leading the top youth soccer development program in America while delivering record growth. His MLS duties also included oversight of commercial strategy for the organization’s marquee events, including the MLS All-Star Game and MLS Cup, and developing partner solutions with major corporate brands. He previously spent nine years with Under Armour, launching the brand’s soccer category and leading European sports marketing.
A native of Silver Spring, Md., Albrecht played NCAA Division I collegiate soccer at George Washington University, where he earned a bachelor’s in business administration.
