8:00 am - Zoo opens for teams to set-up
9:15 am - Cooks meeting
9:30 am -10:00 am - Prep time
10:00 am - 4:00 pm The Zoo is open for everyone
10:00 am - Cooking with fire begins
11:50 pm - Samples delivered for judging
12:00 pm - Public tasting begins ($3 per person)
2:15 pm - Awards ceremony with trophies and cash prizes
