KWENCH Talk: Stuck Isn't Lazy
About this Event
Whether you identify as a procrastinator or have never given it a second thought, this talk is for you. Procrastination is often treated as a discipline problem, a motivation problem, or proof that we're simply not trying hard enough. Together, we'll look beneath the surface of procrastination to uncover some of the surprisingly common reasons we get stuck, and explore how curiosity can be one of the most powerful tools for regaining momentum.
Attendees will leave with a new perspective on procrastination, practical strategies to experiment with, and a kinder understanding of themselves when they feel stuck.
