Join us for a week-long Zen retreat in the peaceful surroundings of Bori Sa Zen Center in Spain.
The Kwan Um Summer Retreat continues in Bori Sa, Spain (August 15–22), where this week will be led by Knud Rosenmayr dharma master.
Knud Rosenmayr JDPSN received inka from Zen Master Ji Kwang at Wu Bong Sa, Poland, in March 2016. He teaches regularly on Kwan Um Zen Online and is the guiding teacher of the Vienna Zen Center. He lives in Austria and works at a language school in Vienna.
This retreat offers an opportunity to step away from daily life and deepen Zen practice together with the sangha in a supportive and structured environment.
Daily practice includes:
• sitting meditation
• chanting
• prostrations
• walking meditation
• kong-an practice
• mindful work practice
• Dharma talks and individual interviews with the teacher
🌿 The retreat is open to both experienced practitioners and newcomers who wish to explore Zen practice more deeply.
