Please join us for the 2026 Annual General Membership Meeting for KVTA. The Annual General Membership Meeting is open to everyone. At the meeting we will briefly discuss next season, provide an update on the past season, and vote for new board members.
Who is eligible to vote?
• Individuals who were a 2025-2026 paid member by May 31, 2026 (general or subscriber), AND
• Who helped mount a production during that season (excluding ushering), OR
• Assisted with an event during the season (ex. Summer Theatre Camp, Sleepy Hollow, etc.)
If you are an eligible voter and cannot make the meeting but would like to vote for the board members, please email [email protected] for a proxy ballot. One will be emailed to you with instructions.
We have 7 board member positions open for this coming year, and we have 9 candidates running for those positions. You can vote for 1 candidate, 7 candidates, or anywhere in between. You just cannot vote for more than 7 candidates or your ballot will not count.
