Through over 30 years of full-time ministry, Rick Solis has worn many hats. From church youth ministry, rodeo ministry, sports camps and leagues, leadership training, worship leading and workshops, and, of course, the preaching of the Word, God has blessed his ministry to touch so many lives in such unique ways. It has been an honor to let Jesus flow through this ministry with His love and passion for mankind.

Meet Ross Schlabach, a passionate communicator and emerging voice in ministry, and the 2025 Men's Advance Conference Guest Speaker!

Ross Schlabach is a passionate communicator and emerging voice in ministry dedicated to helping people walk in the truth and fullness of life that Christ came to provide. At 26 years of age, he brings both youthful energy and grounded wisdom shaped by four years of hands-on ministry experience under the mentorship of his father.

A recent graduate of Southern University, Ross holds a bachelor's degree in Ministerial Leadership. His heart beats for discipleship, clarity in teaching, and cultivating spaces where lives are transformed through the presence of God.

Recently married, Ross continues to grow in his calling, faithfully serving the local church and stepping into opportunities to speak truth with conviction, compassion, and authenticity. Whether preaching to a congregation or ministering one-on-one, he carries a deep desire to see people encounter the real Jesus and walk boldly in the purpose He's given them.
