Sangeeta Kaur holds two Kundalini Technology Consciousness Certificates from Gobind Institute and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing workshops and classes with her teachers — embracing the value of always remaining a student.
She teaches heart to heart, sharing the tools she has learned and continues to use in her own life. As a mother of two, Sangeeta draws on Kundalini Yoga techniques daily to navigate the joys and challenges of motherhood, bringing that lived, grounded experience into every class she leads.
