We sold out of this wonderful event really early last year so book in advance if you would like to attend.
A Kundalinin Yoga practice connects us to our innate magic. We guide our energy to rise through practices of movement and breath-work. It's amazing! Relaxing meditation with energizing yoga, try it to believe it! Your body will thank you.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you prefer, wear comfortable clothing and water. A few mats will be available to borrow
