Kundalini Yoga on October 24

Taj Chander, our certified sound therapist, reiki master and kundalini instructor, will be leading a Kundalini Yoga session on Thursday evening, October 24 at 6:30 PM at The Broom Closet Memphis.

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine. As Kundalini yoga awakens this energy helps to enhance your awareness and help you move past your ego.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Seating is limited so we encourage you to reserve your space ahead of time.
