Join Kerrie under the full moon (Blue Moon) for Kundalini + Yoga Nidra. The Archetype for the Full Moon is the Mother in all her fullness. The last part of class will be devoted to Yoga Nidra. Through a series of relaxation techniques, we will access our inner teacher, our inner truth. What does it say?
