What to Expect:

Start your weekend feeling energized, grounded, and uplifted with a gentle mix of Kundalini Yoga movement, breathwork, and meditation. Classes are suitable for all levels—no experience needed! We meet outdoors in a peaceful green spot in central Hitchin, surrounded by nature and morning calm.

Bring your yoga mat, water, and an open heart. After class, stay for a relaxed tea/coffee chat on the grass if you like.
