Kundalini Yoga in the Park (Donation Based)

Imagine a world where you have boundless energy, mental clarity, emotional freedom, and a constant feeling of ‘high on life.’ These states of being are your birthright, and all possible to unlock with Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini is the yoga of awareness that connects us to our true self, and shifts us past the limitations of our mind. Kundalini energy helps us tap into our inner knowing and creative life force. If you need a boost of creativity or physical/mental health, this is a practice for you.

In this practice we use yoga forms, meditation, and breathing practices to tap into our inner strength.
**This is an inclusive space for all bodies regardless of yoga experience, gender, age, or ability.**

We will meet Sunday evenings for the month of July in the open grassy area at Mestizo-Curtis Park on 30th street side. Look for people with yoga mats. This is a donation based class. Please reserve a spot for free. Donations accepted via venmo to @Darlynn-Lockett. Suggested donation is $10.
