A supportive and empowering 4-hour in-person workshop designed to help you balance your hormones naturally with Kundalini Yoga. This session is perfect if you're navigating perimenopause or menopause and want to feel more energized, centered, and in control. Expect gentle movements, breathing techniques, and meditation that support your body and mind during this transition. Come as you are, and let's embrace this new chapter together!

Perimenopause / Menopause is a powerful transition but it can often feel confusing, overwhelming, and unsupported.
