The light and dark are equal dancers for a brief moment. And we, too, are shifting — softening, listening, preparing. This evening is a gentle ceremony of transition. We’ll honor the wild, abundant summer, and begin to call our energy inward. Through kriya, breathwork, meditation—and a deep gong bath to seal the journey—we’ll awaken the body and steady the spirit for the season ahead. Let the vibration of sound wash through your system and guide you into stillness.No experience is needed—just a willing heart. This class is designed for beginners, seekers, and anyone ready to reconnect with their inner rhythm.

Please bring your mat and cushion for comfort. Let this be your soft landing into the new season. Come as you are. Leave with your heart a little lighter.
