In this class we will combine breathing techniques, physical exercises (dynamic and static postures) and sound (mantra). The technology of the kundalini yoga tradition applies its science to our bodies and minds, and is aimed at spirit which has no boundaries, no discrimination. This class is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of living in the moment. It is an experience that focuses on mindfulness, releases tension and raises our vibration.
