Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is physical, mental, and spiritual in nature. You will learn how tap into and harness your life-force energy, energy field and magnetism. You will be guided through mantra to tune-in to the sacred sound current, a warm up Kriya set (breathwork/dynamic exercises) to expand your lung capacity, meditation to elevate Self-awareness and deep relaxation to absorb al the benefits of the practice. Class ends in devotional song and mantra to seal the practice. This is an all levels class designed to open your heart, that will meet you where you are.
