Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Late Fall Session

Sat Nam Yogis! The purpose of yoga is simple: relax, heal and prepare yourself for meditation. Svelte figure, young and flexible joints, already being zen-like in temperament are fortunately not required! 90 Percent of yoga is showing up to class (or on the mat) to do it. It is more important to authentically engage in the exercises then to do them perfectly. In fact I think the ancient yogis had a sense of humor and wanted to remind us that we are humble beings living in a ridiculous world. Challenges in yoga class are mini training for the much more serious challenges of life. So learn to meet them with humor and grace with your fellow yogi travelers. Let perfectionism go and just remind yourself that you can make yourself feel better a little bit at a time. Yoga and meditation are one of many tools to do so. I hope you can join me.
The Logistics: Please call or email me to join the Class!
