Meet Atma: Kundalini Yoga & Energy Healing Guide ✨
With over eight years of experience guiding others through Kundalini Yoga and meditation, Atma brings a deep passion for awakening awareness, balancing energy, and creating transformational spaces for self-discovery.
She has trained in Levels 1 and 2 Kundalini Yoga under world-renowned teachers Guru Jagat and Gurujas (Rama) and studied with respected institutions such as Quinta do Rajo (Portugal) and The Kundalini Research Institute.
Beyond Kundalini, Atma is also trained in Zen Coaching, Reiki, Light Language, and Family Constellations, allowing her to blend multiple healing modalities into her teachings. Her approach is both expansive and deeply personal, creating a space where students feel empowered, supported, and deeply connected to their inner wisdom.
