It is designed to awaken you to your true self with love and compassion. You'l learn sacred mantra, life-force expanding breathing techniques, sequential body movements, and meditation to work through the subtle layers of the body, mind, and spirit, and land you peacefully into deep relaxation. You'll experience a longer savasana relaxation accompanied by the vibrations of the Chau gong. This will facilitate the absorption of the benefits of the practice, by shifting the practicioner from beta brain waves (alertness) to alpha (relations) and theta (deep meditation).
