Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath with Joe McKeown

Join us for an invigorating Kundalini Yoga workshop entitled ‘Step Into Your Power – Creating Your Best Year Yet!’ We will use breath work, asanas and chanting to open ourselves to all the possibilities 2025 presents. The workshop is inspired by the following song lyrics from Ray La Montagne:

Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the ‘Yoga of Awareness.’ It is an avenue to Self-experience and expansion. This Kundalini workshop will include breathing techniques scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, held stretches, mudra (hand positions), and mantra (meditation utilizing the repetition of sound). Cultivate your resilience using the time tested tools of Kundalini Yoga. Sweat, laugh, breathe and deeply relax during the gong bath.
