Kundalini Yoga 10 Bodies Numerology

In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, we have 10 bodies, and the physical body is only 1 of them! We all have all 10 Bodies. We'll be exploring each one each week in Wednesday morning class starting September 9 and running into November. The 10 Bodies are a map for exploring different dimensions of our human experience, and they can illuminate things about yourself and others.
