Intimate Group Setting - Limited spots!
The event will be hosted in a small private intimate group setting to allow for everyone to connect and mingle with each other, create a safe space for all, and to give time for the facilitator to work directly with each person and their needs.
No rush! There will be time to meet, mingle and genuinely connect with other participants in the group and the facilitator will provide light refreshments post session to hold space for continued discussions, mingling and building connections with each other.
Arrive between 7pm - 7:30pm (allow yourself to settle in)
Address will be provided for ticket attendees.

Opening circle - Share your story, greet and meet
1.5 Hour Kundalini Activation & Sound Batch
Closing Sharing Circle
Post session mingling and chatting
Yoga mats and cushions will be provided.
Comfortable cloths and water bottle advised.

What is the Kundalini and what is Kundalini Activation
Kundalini is the lifeforce energy of existence. It courses through you and all things in the cosmos. We activate the Kundalini to instigate growth, connection and transformation in order reach our fullest potentials as conscious beings. The process unblocks psychological barriers to unlock the full potential of a conscious existence.
The Session
The session is fairly simple! You come open minded and settle in. A small greeting circle will be held to start the session. You'll then be asked to lay back on the yoga mats and cushions provided and the rest will be undertaken by the facilitator. No difficult stretches or the stereotypical yoga posses are demanded.
As the session progresses you may feel strong energetic flows throughout your body. You may experience deeper spiritual insights, see spiritual visions or connect with hidden traumas, experience or emotional releases as the facilitator activates and kick-starts your own innate energy.
