Join us for this month's Full Moon Kundalini Sound Journey. This is a 2 hour class that starts with 1 hour of Kundalini and then is followed by a 1 hour Sound Journey where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves of various instruments. A sound journey can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state allowing your sympathetic nervous system to come out of its "fight or flight" mood allowing us to recharge.
