Welcome to a transformative Kundalini Shakti Yoga Class in Stockholm the 20th of September.
Kundalini Shakti Yoga is a way to carefully open up to your kundalini energy in a safe and integrated way. We will work with yogic practices like meditation, breath and asana together with tantric meditations, releases and touch.
The class will give you more energy - almost as a little high. It will make you calm and connected to your true self.
As an end to the class I will offer you a deep yoga Nidra, a hypnotic meditation that aims at planting s shankapla - dream seed in your subconsious mind - in order for you to change the perception of reality, change your automatic thoughts and emotions and make you reach your goals in life fast and with no effort.
The class starts at 11.00 on Dansterapi Centrum - Skeppargatan 6 in Stockholm. Please be there 10 minutes before. Dress in comfortable clothes suitable for yoga.
The class suits both beginners and advanced, but because of the nature of this class it is not suitable for people with obesity, recurring psychoses and dilutions. For those people I offer private sessions where the practices can be tailer made to suit you!
